On-site leases with MRT are 6 or 12 months, they include insurance and full control and use of the horse, horses leased and boarded with MRT are required to remain in training (see training board options), these leases can also include tack rental. A one month trial can be offered to make sure the horse and MRT’s program are a good fit for each rider.

Off-site leases are for 12 months (other terms can be negotiated as available), they include insurance and full control and use of the horse. Off-site leases are only to approved programs and trainers, preference is given to homes that want to actively campaign the horses at shows.
